Meet the Team

Karen – Director of Operations

Karen is our Director of Operations & Licensed, Certified Dental Assistant, she graduated from South Central College in 2005. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and sweet pup Max. Along with spending time with family she enjoys watching her girls dance, enjoying a good game night, spending time outside and weekends at the family cabin. She coaches the varsity dance teams at both Shakopee and Lakeville North!

Dani is one of our Patient Care Coordinators who is committed to providing exceptional support to patients and their families in the community she grew up in. She balances her role with family life, raising two sons and two stepdaughters, along with her dog and cat. In her free time, Dani enjoys attending her kids’ sporting events, traveling, and shopping. Dani brings a vibrant spirit to both her work and personal life.

Laura is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator who grew up in a small town in Minnesota. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Assistance from Ridgewater College and now resides in Shakopee.  While not at the office, you can find Laura baking a sweet treat or crafting on her cricut. Laura also enjoys traveling to Florida, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and playing card games with friends.

Kay is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has spent most of her career in the Prior Lake-Savage community. In 2007, she joined our team. Her free time is spent with her husband, 3 adult kids and grandson as well as friends and her 3 kitties. Kay loves beach vacations and live outdoor music in the Summer. Her favorite hour of the day is Happy Hour. 

Teresa is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our crew in 2023. She graduated in 1999 from Minnesota State University of Mankato with her Bachelor in Science Degree. Teresa is an amazing mom to 3 children. When Teresa is not at work, she loves hanging out and spending time with her kids whether it be movie nights, going to the park, or having a bonfire with friends and family. Teresa loves doing anything outdoors and that is typically where you will find her. Some of her favorite things to do are crafting, gardening, playing bingo and watching comedies.  

Kelli is a Licensed Dental Hygienist born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, with over 15 years of experience in the field. In 2009, Kelli relocated to Minnesota to pursue a career in dental hygiene, enrolling at Normandale Community College, where she earned an Applied Science degree. Kelli now lives in Prior Lake and loves being able to provide care to the area she lives in! While balancing a fulfilling career with a vibrant family life, Kelli is a proud parent of two children; Payton and Cruz.  Outside of work, Kelli loves spending time on the lake, snowboarding, and participating in various activities with their kids.

Kim has been a Licensed Dental Assistant for the past 21 years here at Adelmann Dentistry. She graduated from Herzing College in 2003. Kim has her home in New Prague with her husband. She has 2 adult children and 3 grandsons. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys playing cards with various friend groups and going to baseball games. You can always find her doing anything outdoors: camping, ice fishing, traveling, and reading. Kim’s all-time favorite thing to do is to spoil her grandsons!

Courtney – Dental Assistant

Courtney is one of our charismatic Licensed Dental Assistants at Adelmann Dentistry. She graduated with her Associates Degree from DCTC. She enjoys spending time with her two kids out on the lake, going to concerts, and cheering on her favorite Minnesota sports teams! You can likely find Courtney on the sidelines of her son’s soccer games or in the audience of her daughter’s plays!

Maggie has been Licensed Dental Assistant since 2020, with a passion for patient care. She graduated from Central Lakes College in Brainerd and has been dedicated to providing top-notch dental care ever since. Outside of work, she cherishes her time with family and friends, enjoys attending live concerts, relaxing by the lake, and staying active at the gym. Maggie joined Adelmann Dentistry in May of 2023 and is very excited about building meaningful connections with our patients.

Jenny is a dedicated dental assistant from Burnsville, Minnesota. After graduating from Hennepin Technical College, she developed a passion for providing quality patient care. In her free time, Jenny enjoys painting, hiking, and snuggling with her cat! Her nurturing personality makes her a cherished member of her community.
